A finance broker, entrepreneur, CAFBA board member and philanthropist, Tina Clark is an expert in motor vehicle, plant and equipment finance with 20 years’ experience in the commercial financing industry. More recently, Tina became a CEO and director when she completed the purchase of Auscorp Finance in January 2023.

Now at the helm of her own company, Tina’s goal is to help small business owners to secure finance and contribute a portion of the proceeds of that work to support a variety of services that support communities in need, particularly domestic violence shelters and children’s homes.

Tina specialises in identifying, implementing and delivering tailor-made financial solutions for her clients. She has a steadfast reputation for listening to you – the business owner and client. Tina carefully considers your needs and the parameters of your brief, then advises you as to how you can efficiently and effectively use financing as a solution to purchase the perfect equipment or vehicle(s) you need to boost your business growth and profitability.

For more than 20 years, Tina has helped thousands of small business owners secure funding for capital expenditure. She is adept at analysing your financial statements and effectively communicating with the right third-party finance companies on your behalf to close your deal. In fact, clients commend her ability to expertly share her extensive industry know-how while securing them the best deal possible – which leads to repeat business, time and again.

Tina’s extensive experience in both small and medium sized corporations has seen her mediate on finance transactions ranging from $5,000 to $1 million, and clients commend her ability to expertly share her extensive industry know-how while securing them the best deal possible.

A long-time Board Member of Commercial & Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA), Tina is passionate about representing and supporting women in the finance industry, which she does regularly as a proactive member of Women of CAFBA NSW, which aims to create networks for women working in commercial finance. Tina is also kept busy through her regular media, MC and keynote speaker opportunities, conducted throughout Australia.

Tina balances the demands of her professional career by de-stressing and exploring her local surrounds on foot. She has completed two world-renowned Camino trails and she particularly enjoys exploring Africa. While this global experience has definitely developed her excellent communication and problem solving skills, it’s also fuelled and inspired her desire to help others, especially through their communities. As such, Tina serves as a founding director and board member of the Michelle Richmond Foundation, which raises much-needed support and awareness for the Kipchamgaa Children’s Home, which works diligently to keep little kids off the streets in Kenya, Africa.

In her spare time, Tina has mentored and continues to do street walks with Youth off the Streets, an incredibly rewarding experience that she has enjoyed for almost 10 years, where she accompanies the Street Walk Team once a month on an evening street walk, giving out food, or identifying those who need a help or a bed for the night.

It is Tina’s greatest wish that her leadership role at Auscorp Finance will enable her to further her philanthropic support of those in need in communities both within Australia and throughout the world…
